Kindergarten Registration

2019-20 Registration Guidelines

Students registering for kindergarten must be five (5) years of old before August 1 and take a kindergarten readiness assessment to be enrolled in the upcoming school year.

For 2019-20 only, students who turn five years of age in August and seek admission to kindergarten must take and pass the readiness assessment to be granted admission to kindergarten. If the child does not pass the assessment, the parent may request a conference with the district’s superintendent. See School Board Policy 201.

Kindergarten appointments are required and should be scheduled with your child’s school. Appointments are available weekdays during school hours.
