Members of our North Hills High School Buddy Club participated in an egg hunt on March 26 ahead of spring break and even the Easter Bunny attended!
After collecting eggs in the high school wrestling room, the students had a small party during which they opened their eggs and enjoyed a few sweet treats!
The North Hills Buddy Club promotes social inclusion by building friendships between people with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Special education teachers Lisa Towers and Jamie Patterson sponsor the club.
The North Hills Buddy Club will be participating in the Best Buddies Friendship Walk in Pittsburgh on April 7.
