All volunteers must complete an online Volunteer Intent form prior to submitting clearances to district staff.
Please note the the Volunteer Clearance Exception Statement (ADA Compliant PDF) must be signed upon arrival at a NHSD school building and witnessed by North Hills staff when clearances are submitted to a NHSD school building main office.
Clearances/exception statement must be submitted to the appropriate building or district office within one (1) month of the volunteer's intended start date. Clearances are valid for five years.
Upon verifying the original clearances/exception statement, district staff will return the originals back to the individual and retain a copy of each clearance/exception statement.
All volunteers will receive final approval via a written notice from the office of Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum, Assessment and Elementary Education, Dr. Jeff Taylor.
