Registration

The step-by-step enrollment process is detailed below. Registration is limited to residents of Ross Township and the West View Borough. Incoming kindergarten students must be five (5) years old prior to August 1 of the upcoming school year. Per School Board Policy 202, elementary children who are not registered to attend school by June 1 prior to the upcoming school year may be assigned to a district school building outside of their attendance area.

To begin registration, click on the school year below and complete the New Student Registration form. BE SURE TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT YEAR FOR ENROLLMENT.

• 2025-26 (Current School Year)
• 2026-27 (Next School Year)

After submitting, a school official must approve the form. This takes place only on school or business days. Please allow up to two (2) school days during the school year and up to five (5) business days during the summer for this process.

Once the form is processed, you will receive an email with next steps. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder for this email. Follow the instructions in the email to complete registration.

Registration is not complete until:

1. The forms below are completed and submitted online:
   • Student Information
   • Health Information
   • Permissions and Agreements
   • Student Contact Information
      
2. All required documentation is submitted at your child's school during an in-person registration appointment.

The following documentation is required at your child's in-person registration appointment:

• Student's official birth certificate or passport
• Proof of residency documents:
  • One (1) of the following: Current deed, lease, mortgage statement or proof of tax registration with Keystone Collection Group
  • Two (2) of the following: Driver’s license, utility bill, automobile registration, tax statement, public assistance or medical assistance card
• Completed physical and dental exams and student's immunization record (Can be submitted later)
• Parent/guardian ID to be scanned into the school's Raptor visitor management system
• Court-ordered custodial agreements (if applicable)
• Special education paperwork (if applicable)
