High school students experience 'driving drunk' in simulator

The Pennsylvania DUI Association's mobile Safety Simulator visited the high school on Friday, Nov. 4.

Students had the opportunity during health class to try out the simulator, which allows drivers to feel how alcohol impairs your ability to react, steer and brake, providing a realistic, hands-on experience.

The simulator’s visit to the high school was sponsored by Allegheny County's Pretrial Services Department and the high school's SADD club.
