The National German Honor Society, Delta Epsilon Phi, held its induction on February 28 where it welcomed 22 new members. The ceremony also served as a send off for seniors who are graduating.
Festivities included singing and playing German music by Katharine McGoey and Joe Frisco, a poetry recitation by Cori Boyle, and jokes by DEP Co-Presidents Abby Kreps and Connor Lubbert.
Membership in the organization is based on high academic achievement in all subjects and in German specifically, philanthropy and connecting with German beyond the classroom.
The North Hills chapter of DEP, Iota Alpha, now boasts an overall current membership of 55 students. Congratulations to the following new inductees:
