In support of Red Ribbon Week, an annual weeklong awareness campaign that aims to keep kids drug-free, our high school counseling office has teamed up with Allegheny Health Network to teach families about the dangers of vaping.
The video below, entitled "E-Cigarettes & Vaping: A Teen Epidemic" and presented by pulmonologists Dr. Briana DiSilvio and Dr. Meilin Young, is intended to educate students, parents and educators on the dangers of e-cigarettes and vaping.
Red Ribbon Week is the nation's largest and longest-running drug-use prevention campaign and runs Oct. 23 through Oct. 31.
