North Hills Homecoming 2022 was held Friday, Sept. 30 and Saturday, Oct. 1.

The varsity football team hosted Fox Chapel in their homecoming game Friday night at Martorelli Stadium. The Indians defeated the Foxes 38-6, earning their second straight win of the season.

Prior to the game, our 2022 Homecoming King and Queen were crowned and first and second runners-up recognized.

Congratulations to King Joe Frisco (Boys Volleyball) and Queen Josie Brackman (Band), first runners up Vladimir Deianov (AFS) and Sadie Dunla (Senior Class), and second runners up Peter Lukac (Golf) and Maddie Hummel (Arrowhead).

The weekend was capped off with a homecoming dance Saturday night in the North Hills MIddle School gyms.

"Last year, our homecoming dance was held outdoors at Martorelli Stadium and while it ended up being a really great night, we were happy to return to our middle school gyms this year, especially for our seniors since homecoming hasn’t been ‘normal’ for them since their freshman year in 2019," said Chelle Zimmerman, the district’s activities coordinator. "We had a great turnout and it was so nice to see our students laughing, dancing, smiling and socializing with their friends."
