Free breakfast for students begins Oct. 3

Posted Friday, September 23, 2022

All NHSD students can enjoy free breakfast from our school cafeterias beginning Monday, Oct. 3 through the remainder of the 2022-23 school year.

This is thanks to Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf’s Universal Breakfast Program announced earlier this month and detailed here.

NHSD offers a variety of hot and cold breakfast entree options, fresh fruits and cold milk in all school buildings daily as follows:

  • High School: 6:50 - 9:15 a.m.
  • Middle School: 7:25 - 7:45 a.m.
  • Highcliff and West View: 8:10 - 8:30 a.m.
  • McIntyre and Ross: 8:55 - 9:15 a.m.

Daily menus can be found here.

Please note: This program is for breakfast only. Lunch costs $2.50 for the 2022-23 school year.
