Ilnicki, Larkin recognized at NADA Tri-Athlete banquet
Last week, seniors Logan Ilnicki and Lilly Larkin were recognized at the Northern Athletic Directors Association (NADA) Tri-Athlete banquet.
Every year, NADA recognizes student-athletes from its member schools who participated in three or more varsity sports during their senior year. Each school nominates two student-athletes for recognition, then one male and one female are awarded scholarships.
Ilnicki was the male nominee from North Hills. He competed in football, basketball, and track & field this year. In his high school career, he earned eight varsity letters, and this spring, he qualified for the PIAA Track & Field Championships.
Academically, he has earned a 4.1 GPA and is a member of the National Honor Society, among other groups.
Larkin was the female nominee from North Hills and competed in cross country, indoor track, and track & field this year. She earned seven varsity letters in her career and was a senior team captain.
Off the track, she posted a 4.1 GPA, participated in wind ensemble, is a member of the National Honor Society, and has won several awards and scholarships while participating in other groups.
Congratulations to Logan and Lilly on their nominations and tremendous athletic and academic accomplishments!
