Hilltop entrance off Rochester Road to close over spring break for pothole repair
Heather Pelat
The entrance to the North Hill High School and North Hills Middle School hilltop campus off Rochester Road will be closed this Wednesday night, April 16, through Monday, April 21, while crews repair a large pothole.
Anyone who needs to access the hilltop should use the Laurel Gardens entrance off First Street.
Until now, weather conditions have not been warm enough to complete the repairs, asphalt plants have remained closed for the winter, and there haven’t been enough consecutive days off school to allow for the necessary work.
Barring any unforeseen delays, repairs will be completed and the entrance reopened in time for school to resume after spring break on Tuesday, April 22.
