North Hills High School seniors and their parents/guardians are invited to attend Career and College Planning for Seniors on Wednesday, Sept. 9, at 7 p.m. in the high school library.

Hosted by the North Hills High School counseling department, the program will provide an overview of the college application process and important information to help seniors navigate their postsecondary plans. Counselors will walk families through what to expect in the months ahead and answer questions during a Q&A session.

The night will include:

  • College application timeline and strategies
  • Common Application tips
  • Self-Reported Academic Record (SRAR) tutorial
  • Transcript request process

The event is free, and no registration is required.

This event will cover similar information as the counseling department’s Kick-Off to College Admissions event held in July. A video of that session can be found here.

A similar Career and College Planning program for juniors will be held March 10, 2027.
