Assistant AD Matt McGinnis doubles as published author

North Hills School District Assistant Athletic Director Matt McGinnis is also a published author.

His book, "The Rodney Brothers and The 10 Tales of Roana," was released in January of 2024. The book is available as a paperback and digitally for Kindle devices through Amazon. A copy of the book is also now available to check out from the North Hills High School library.

"The Rodney Brothers and The 10 Tales of Roana" tells the story of three brothers who find themselves at the center of a mystery that threatens to unravel the very fabric of their existence. As a new school year unfolds, so does a sinister plot with a masked figure lurking in the shadows, orchestrating crimes that send ripples of unease across the elemental world of Roana. It is a story woven with intrigue and suspense, where each turn of the page brings the Rodney brothers closer to a profound truth that could shatter their world—or empower them to save it. 

McGinnis’ second book, a sequel to his first, is scheduled for release sometime early next year.

Matt is a 2020 graduate of Robert Morris University and began working at North Hills in May of 2021.
