Chads Mullinary Real Estate Trade & Technical Scholarship

The Chads Mullinary Real Estate Trade & Technical Scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors of North Hills High School entering a two-year college, vocational school, technical institute, or career training program.

The scholarship is designed to support students pursuing hands-on learning and specialized career education. Applicants should demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, and a commitment to making a positive impact in their community.

Two scholarships valued at no less than $500 will be awarded in 2026. The scholarship value will be increased by $200 for every house sold by Chads in the North Hills School District.

Annual Application Deadline: April 15

About the Scholarship

The Chads Mullinary Real Estate Trade & Technical Scholarship was created in 2026 and is endowed by Chads Mullinary through the North Hills Foundation.

To make a donation, please make checks payable to the "North Hills Foundation" and indicate the monies should be applied to the Chads Mullinary Real Estate Trade & Technical Scholarship Fund. Checks can be mailed to the following address:
