Educational Trips and Tours
As of 3/1/2021, the virtual attendance form is no longer required. Teachers will take daily attendance in class or via Zoom.
Classes are operating live. Students must be present in the classroom physically or digitally via Zoom on time to be counted in attendance.
Even if you chose the 4-day option, your student can choose to remain virtual on any day but please communicate with your student’s teachers. You must also attend classes live via Zoom.
If a student is absent on any day or for any class, the student is responsible for making up missed work, just as they are in a traditional classroom environment. Families should report the absence by calling the school’s attendance line. A written excuse for the absence must be submitted to the school within three school days for the absence to be excused.
