Before iPads are issued to students, the student and his/her parent/guardian must review and sign the following documents in the Student/Parent iPad User Handbook:
- Student iPad Loan Agreement
- Student/Parent Responsible Use Agreement
- Network Acceptable Use Policy
- Procedure on Tracking Mobile Devices
- Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) -- If student is under age 13
Parents/guardians must also enroll the student device online with One2One Risk Solutions and choose to either accept or decline iPad insurance by August 19, 2019. Repair and replacement costs noted in this handbook should also be reviewed.

If you do not sign the documents online, please bring them with to your designated Project Connect meeting (Grades 5-6), your school’s orientation (Grades 7-9) or drop them off at the high school (Grades 10-11).
For Grades 5-6, iPads will be distributed at mandatory meetings on August 21 (Grade 6) and August 22 (Grade 5). Both meetings will be held in the Ross Elementary School Auditorium at 6:30 p.m.
For Grades 7-11, iPads will be distributed through social studies classes in late August or early September.
