The Taking the Lead: Ford Driving Skills for Life program, in its 18th year, aims to educate newly licensed, inexperienced, teenage drivers to improve their driving and help them make good decisions behind the wheel.

Junior guard Nathan Schanbacher reached a major milestone Friday night, scoring his 1,000th career point in North Hills' 77-65 victory over rival North Allegheny.
