High School Students Advance to State FBLA Competition
FBLA State QualifiersA total of 11 North Hills High School students took home top honors at the regional competition of the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) and will compete at the state competition in Hershey on April 8 to 11.

State qualifiers in both individual and team events include:

  • Dan O’Toole – Accounting II
  • Michela Sieber – Banking and Financial Systems Team
  • Courtney Withers – Banking and Financial Systems Team
  • Vincent Melchiorre – Business Calculations
  • Brittany Allen – Business Law
  • Katie Emmons – Introduction to Business Communication
  • Andrew Massie – Introduction to Business Procedures
  • Kaylee Lawson – Job Interview
  • Ben Flory – Personal Finance
  • Gary Latuszewski – Word Processing

High school business teacher Kellee Kanith advised the students. The Future Business Leaders of America Competitive Events Program is an annual event that showcases the activities and success of various business education programs across the state.
