North Hills School District is partnering with Apple to
offer free Family Technology Workshops at the Ross Park Mall Apple store.During these workshops, attendees will learn the iOS
features on iPhone and iPad that help users become more aware of how they use
their devices. Apple staff members will take attendees through Family Sharing,
Screen Time and parental controls to encourage online safety and to help
parents manage what their kids see and do with their devices.
The workshop schedule is:
- Sunday, Feb. 24 at 11 a.m.
- Wednesday, Feb. 27 at 7 p.m.
- Thursday, Feb. 28 at 7 p.m.
- Friday, March 1 at 5:30 p.m.
- Sunday, March 3 at 4:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, March 6 at 6:30 p.m.
- Thursday, March 7 at 6:30 p.m.
When possible, a student-focused session will be held for
students at the same time as the adult workshop.
