At the upcoming Board of Education Work Session and
Legislative Meeting on Jan. 24, NHSD Superintendent Dr. Patrick J. Mannarino
will present a report and analysis on potentially moving Grade 6 to North Hills
Middle School in the 2020-21 school year.
The presentation is a continuation of the discussion started at the Nov. 8 Board of Education meeting on possible options to address North Hills’ increasing elementary enrollment.
Dr. Mannarino’s presentation will include details on:
- Space and Capacity
- Building Configuration
- Curriculum and Scheduling
- Staffing Needs and Changes
- School Day Schedules
- Cost Analysis
The Jan. 24 meeting will start at 7 p.m. in the middle school LGI room. A video of Dr. Mannarino’s presentation as well as his presentation and report will be posted the following day on the Elementary Student Population Solutions website.
