North Hills School District is partnering with Northland Public Library, Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC) – North Campus and North Allegheny School District to present a monthly Saturday morning Digital Boot Camp for Parents series.
A total of eight sessions will be help through April and seek to educate middle school and high school parents on best practices for digital citizenship.
The monthly programs will be held at the CCAC North Campus in Room 3002 from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Doors will open at 8:30 a.m., and the presentation will begin promptly at 9 a.m. An American Sign Language interpreter will be present.

for Parents series, this session will cover three specific social media apps,
like Snapchat. Get the answers to questions you have been dying to ask about
specific apps and learn the positives and negatives. This session will also
offer some tips and best practices for managing social apps.
